I remember such incident. During lockdown period, when there was whole Pandemic situation was going on and everyone was panicking due to my meditation and exercise practice I found myself in peace. I found this time useful for my mental health.

I cannot remember any such instance. But I’m sure whenever I’m connected to what i know as the truth and not trying to find it in what others are saying or following, I do feel at peace.

This question you’ve put up here made me realise this. I wasn’t thinking of it as truth or untruth before I read the question.

Once I got into a bad deal on borrowed money as a young 20 year without telling my family in order to earn some money. That situation got me into trouble and I had to get help. I might never have told my family if I didn’t need to be bailed out. But I had to and once I did, I got censured and had to defend myself. Yet I felt relieved that I was no longer hiding anything
